A Hole in One!

Welcome to the reoccurring feature on Maybe A Weekend, Photo Roulette. I’ve taken a lot of photographs over the years since I bought my first digital cameras. I’ve always subscribed to the theory that it’s better to get a photo now, then regretting not getting the photo later. Every photo tells a story for me even the most random ones. So from time to time I will post a photo here that may seem pointless, but with a little background will give you a greater idea of the man behind Maybe A Weekend.

For today’s entry…

So the day was July 3, 2006, I was on day three of an eleven day field trip to Grand Tetons National Park and back. On this day, we were at Arches National Park in Utah. Here is another example of why i should always be on the other side of the camera. To say I’m not the most photogenic person is kind of an understatement, but i don’t think i was even trying in this photo. I must say, I am good at picking a good scene for a photo. But in my defense, any photo with good memories attached is a good photo in my book.
